Terms & Shipping
Please make sure to visit our Caresheets and Additional Resources if you are considering the purchase of one or more of our reptiles. When purchasing any animal, you should always do your research first and have its habitat prepared before its arrival. This ensures the best experience for you and your new pet! We are always available to answer any questions you have about reptile husbandry.
All crested geckos in our care are feeding on Pangea Complete (multiple flavors) and appropriately sized crickets or Dubia roaches.

We ship Hold for Pickup to your nearest FedEx hub when temperatures are between 32 F and 80 F on both ends at any time that the animal might be in transit.
Shipping is arranged via email with the buyer after the payment has been made in full. We can generally ship Monday – Thursday for next morning delivery (weather dependent). Shipping is a flat rate of $60 for the contiguous United States. Geckos that cannot be shipped due to weather conditions will be held free of charge until the weather at both ends permits shipping. We care deeply about the health and safety of these creatures and we try our best to ensure that we transport them in the safest way possible. In the rare event there is an issue with your animal, you must inform us within 30 minutes.
We guarantee that all animals we sell are 100% healthy when they leave our care, and as such they will come with a 7-day health guarantee. If you are having problems with a newly acquired gecko that you purchased from us, it is essential that you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer suggestions to remedy the situation. If you contact us after a gecko has passed, there are no suggestions we can offer you at that point. Being shipped and then adjusting to a new enclosure and surroundings can be a stressful period for a gecko. For this reason, it is important to keep an eye on your new gecko(s) for the first week or so and contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
